About This Project:

Playground Condos has an actual playground.
Live & Play. Everyday.
That’s how Playground Condos brands itself. It’s not just a condominium, but a way of life. A place that’s fun, exciting, and lets residents “enjoy one of the city’s most complete lifestyles.”
With opulent amenities, scenic Waterfront views, and a location that’s minutes from the Entertainment District, Playground Condos aims for (and achieves) the perfect work-life balance.
Design

Currently in pre-construction, the final project will consist of 5 towers spread over 2 phases.
Although details have yet to be confirmed, suites are expected to range from 1-3 bedrooms.
Visually, Playground Condos strives for a warm, modern look. The architecture combines steel with towering walls of glass, bold geometry with gentle curves.

Here you can see 1 of the condo’s 2 pedestrian bridges. Note the emphasis on nature and open space.
But maybe the biggest highlight is Garrison Commons, a new 4-acre park.
Offering residents a chance to “refresh and recharge,” it links up with several other green-spaces via 2 gorgeous pedestrian bridges.

The 4-acre Garrison Commons is simply stunning.
And because the park is right outside your doorstep, summers can be full of picnics, barbecues, sports, and family activities.
Amenities

You can also have fun inside at the Party Room.
Like Auberge 2 On the Park, Playground Condo’s has tons of beautiful green-spaces. However, it has plenty of other amenities to keep you entertained.
These include:
- A state-of-the-art fitness centre
- An Olympic-sized swimming pool
- Lounges for kids & adults
- A party room & theatre
- Retail podium & grocery store
- And so much more!

That’s right: kids get their own play area!
About The Area
Liberty Village combines music studios, art galleries, trendy restaurants, furniture stores, and office buildings.

The streets in Liberty Village are lined with tons of great stores.
Although it’s one of Toronto’s most family-friendly neighborhoods, it also has a reputation for being hip and young.
The Toronto Star describes Liberty Village as “millennial heaven” and having “a disproportionately large number of young professionals.”

“Millennial Heaven” seems like a pretty accurate description
The area also has a fun, almost contradictory vibe.
You’ll find tech firms occupying converted warehouses, record labels inhabiting timber and glass buildings, as well as sushi vendors, cafes, florists, and bars taking up residence in industrial architecture.

Liberty Village is home to amazing cafes and restaurants, many of which were once factories.
Investment Opportunities
Another major highlight of Liberty Village is the investment potential.
It’s fast becoming Toronto’s hub of innovation, with tech giants like Twitter, Uber and countless others buying up office space.

The Village is known as “a microcosm of Canadian commerce,” with multiple restaurants and nearly every type of shop.
It’s also a lab for cutting-edge technologies and startups looking to test their products.

Liberty Village is home to a young, educated population, making it very attractive to investors.
The fact is Toronto is seeing record investment from US tech firms, and many of them are setting up shop in Liberty Village. That means more jobs and a surging population.
Property prices are also more competitive here than in New York or San Francisco, making it the perfect time—and place—to invest.
Other Location Highlights:

Everything you need is just around the corner.
- Minutes from the Entertainment District, where you’ll find the best theatres, galleries, museums & concert halls
- Incredible selection of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, yoga studios & spas
- Wide variety of green-spaces (most of which connect to Playground Condo’s 4-acre park)
- Short walk to Toronto Harbourfront
- Fun seasonal activities, including public skating rink and farmer’s market
- Walking distance to Metro, Independent City Market & LCBO
- Perfect transit score (TTC, GO, light-rail) & easy access to Gardiner Expressway
The WOW Factor

Playground Condos includes a stunning view of Lake Ontario on one side, and the CN Tower on the other.
Playground Condos truly lives up to its name, offering residents luxurious suites, relaxing green-spaces, and enjoyable amenities.
And just as Playground Condos provides a “complete lifestyle,” Liberty Village has everything people need to live, work, eat, and play.
Add to that it’s booming tech sector, and Playground Condos becomes the perfect place for investors, families, and young professionals.
